Further visas for successful Tier 1 (General) applications will be issued when the limit allocation re-opens on 1 November 2010. You may continue to submit your Tier 1 (General) visa application during this closure period, but if your application is successful your visa will not be issued until the limit allocation re-opens. I too saw it that time. and now, it is really gone.
This is height of it.
Unfortunately, not all "PBS Tier 1" applications are necessarily (only) Tier 1 (General) applications by principal migrants! These 1047 applications include Tier 1 (PSW) applications and Tier 1 (General) dependent applications, which are not included in the interim limit.blacklabel69 wrote:Since I had time on my hands, grabbed the decisions made in August 2010 for Indian VACs. Total decisions made in August 2010 : 1047
Decisions can be positive and negative and include reviews/appeals so this still tells me nothing except that Indian applications alone can (if more than 50% positive, in additions to applications from other countries) overwhelm the quota every month
Mate, I said I was hoping to see the update in UKBA site tomorrow !rajesh567 wrote:News message removed from vfs website..seems ukba website we get updated tommorrow
so people who applied in oct ..there's a chance they will get the visa in december .
My doubt is..if my application is processed and is successful to give me a visa..they wait till NOV 1 and then give the visa..
and if it's not ok they may give the rejection in this month itself
So if i get any mess from vfs in oct high chances my application got rejected.
as per ukba:
If your application does not meet the requirements, we will process it as normal even if the limit has been exceeded.
