Couldn't find Set (0) form. Please help

Dear Friends,

I am unable to find manual Set (0) form on UKBA site.

Since yesterday, I can see only an online version which requires one to pay upfront before posting or visiting PEO.

I have appointment at PEO next week and need to know the right form to use.

Please help!

1. Go to How to apply for settlement in the UK webpage.
2. Click on "Completing form SET(O)" link on the right side of the webpage.
3. Click on "Apply for SET(O)" link on the top right side of the webpage.
4. Click on "Download" link on the bottom of the webpage.
5. Click on "paper form" link (end of sentence, point 1).
6. Click on "Download paper form".

The link may not work for new versions of the form, as and when they are specified. But following steps above will always lead to the "current" form specified for the purpose.

I also tried to access this site just last night. I work off a MacBook, OS 10.5.2. Just a page of java script came up on the page. Unable to view or download anything. Definitely not accessible for the masses yet!

I had the same problem as I booked to apply on 22nd October. Please note that if you would like to apply by using the interactive form, you need to ensure the payment will be done 2 days in advance of your appointment at PEO.

By the way, which sort of documents you are going to provide to show 5 years working in the UK. I do ot have all my Payslips so decided to provide P60 forms,. Do you think this would be sufficient?

Hiya,

I used my P60 forms as well for last 5 years. I used my last year's payslips as proof of finances as I bank online rather than receive paper statements. It did say bank statements OR payslips on the application. I will keep the forum updated if UKBA finds that unacceptable. As yet, still waiting for a decision on my ILR.
