URGENT DECISION REQUIRED.

Hi all,

As you might have read on the forum I am in the same situation as some of you guys here.
My visa expires in two weeks time and my company has't got their sponsor's licence yet. Still waiting.

Now we are going to ask them for an urgent consideration, but we are not sure how.
Do you know how this should be made?
Is there an email adress or phone number to contact them regarding this?

Can you guys help me on this please. (pm me)

When your company applied for the license (Please provide dates), What type of business is your company doing.

First application was on 28th of August 2010. (Rejected)
Second was on 15th of September. (Rejected)
Third was sent on 8th of October (Online application was made on 1st of october)
On 18th of October we asked for an urgen decission by sendin them an email.
Authorisation officer has been in touch with them constantly, but nothing yet.
My visa expires on 1st of november. I will send my application of tier 2 no matter what. See what happens. And if they refue me I will appeal if they give me the right to do so.

I am a mechanical engineer working for an engineering company which has been around for over 30 years. It is a small (20 emplyees) but solid company.

An update,

We jus receivet an email ffrom HO, tellin us that a decission has been made and a letter of decission will be with us shortly.
This happened after we send an email on monday 18th asking for urgent consideration. (Sonsors licence application and CoS (AR))
Now I do not know what to think, whether this is good or bad news. Playing the waiting game until that letter arrives.

can you please remind about ur visa status? i mean are u switching in to tier 2 or you are extending your tier 2 leave?

Oh yes, I am switching from Work permit held for three years. I qualify under transitional arrangements.
