Claming earnings - Do I need to mark salay in Bank Statement

I am claiming points for my salary and have managed following
1. Salary slips - signed and stamped (12)
2. Employer letter confirming all 12 payments Net and Gross including dates
3. Bank statement on letter head of Bank

My question is do I need to highlight these 12 salary transaction on the bank statement of past 12 months which runs to 12 pages? If yes what kind of marking instrument should I use. Do I mark original statements or photocopies. Please advice

Marking will aid the caseworker to lookout for the specific transaction and reduces the chances of error, so it is good if you do that.

When I applied, I had the statements in the a file with transparent pockets, so marked on these pockets using a permanent marker. But I guess the remove the documents out of the file when checking.

You can put small post-it notes which can be easily removed and don't damage the documents. Make sure you don't hide bank logo, name address etc when do it.

yes, you should. using a hi liter should be fine
