Posting psw app tommorow(few doubts)

I am posting my application tommorow. Just a nervous. Want some one to make sure I have all the things

1) Application Form(Filled)
2) Post study work visa letter(Attached)
3) Passport with Visa Enclosed
4) Last 3 month bank statement

Few doubts
----------------
1.I used to recieve bank statement at home . I lost one month statement so I have printed from barclays bank on official letter head and then i have taken their signature and stamp. is that ok

2. In application form when u enter ur debit card info and in the end where u sign and write a date i have wrote 26th october 2010 i.e today but i will post it tomorow so do i hyave to again print the form and write 27th or it doesnt matter.

3. My certificate will be awarded on 1st november but i have got a psw letter from ma uni which says the degree award date is 1 october and certificate of award will be given in late december but letter says i have passed the degree and i am unable to supply certificate at moment. i have attached a cover letter to support it.


so is my appilcation complete and hundred percent ok
are these points require any change which i mentioned

i am giong to post it tommoroqw morning
any help will be aprpeciated
