am I eligible for ILR - Please let me know

Hi All

My details are like this. Bit worrying, My WP and Entry Clearance details are below ....

1. (Applied for WP and Entry Clearance from company in India)
WP Valid from 27 July 2005 to 27 July 2006
Entry Clearance valid from 27/07/05 valid untill 27/07/06
(I travelled to UK on 11 Sept 2005)
(I travelled back to India on 09 June 2006)

2. (Applied for WP in UK by UK company but I applied for EC from India)
WP Valid from 15 June 2006 to 14 July 2011 (Valid for 60 Months - 5 years)
Entry Clearance valid from 11/07/06 valid until 11/07/2011
(I travelled to UK on 23rd July 2006) - So there was 47 days gap of UK Stay

3.
Changed from WP to HSMP Tier 1 General in July 2008
And currently on the same VISA

so I need to ask the experts in this forum if I am eligible for ILR (As from September 2011),
