Are you getting regular incomings and outgoings?

It will depend on what his income his. Will it or will it not be enough for him and his family to live on. Thats what OP has to consider.

If his savings is a mere £500 that suggests his income must be low or he has lot of expenses and outgoings

You're right. I just assumed the OP knew how much money he needs monthly for his family and he was asking about savings which are not a requirement but of course helpful.

From May this year I have been helping my sister out as she was getting work done to her house.

That is the reason why I was spending all my money she has got 3 kids.

Shall I say this in the letter also I have money saved in a saving account total of £25000 what has not been touch from 2008.

What is the best way round this.

If you have savings of £25,000, then you have no problem with the fiancial aspect of the application.
