waiting for FLR(M) can i start working

I've just applied for FLR(m) no correspondence from ukba yet
am i suppose to receive COA ?

Can i start working I've just been offered 1

No you don't recieve a COA. You get your passport back and a biometric card. If you were previously on a fiance visa then no you can't start working until you get the approval.

Elena, without trawling back through the OP's previous posts, I believe he may be referring to a Certificate of Application (EU rules). That's why I've queried his current visa...FLR(M) is under UK law, so I'm confused.

Hmm... I've not really seen anyone switch from eu rules to uk rules. Not exactly sure how that works. I think flr(m) is the wrong form now that I think about it.

Sorry guys for confusion switching from student to spouse of Eu national with permanent resident (blue card) thats why i've sent FLR(M)
student is expiring end of the month FLR(M) application was received by ukba do they give right to work while app is in process ?
