Hi all just a quick question my hubby and I are planning a trip away at xams he is on a spouse visa he will apply in Feb for ILR I wanted to know would this affect his ILR if we Travel at xams and apply for ILR in Feb

Should be okay if he re-enters the UK before his leave expires, subject to 321A.

Hasn't he already made his ILR application?
