Hi,

I saw in HSMP Guidance document that it's required to call HSMP team before sending the application documents with a courier. I thought that sending a documents with a courier was not a problem, it getting them back which is tricky, so why do they askyou to call them in advance?

Same guidance document states that if someone wishes to use courier sevices for documents return, he should fax this request to HSMP team.
Isn't it enough to say on the cover letter that you want to use courier?

Also, how do you cooridanate between the courier and HSMP team? HSMP guidance document says that they will hold sending back the documents for 1 week to allow you to use courier services if you wish. So are you supposed to have everything arranged in advance and just contact your courier saying "Go" when HSMP team says that the documents are ready to be collected?
