Paying back jsa before ILR

Post by Xlife » Tue Nov 02, 2010 4:57 pm

I am in the process of paying back job seekers allowance i wrongly recieved in monthly instalments.. Is it ok to apply for ILR before I finished the payment or would I have to show that I paid all of it back?

The Public Funds question is written in the present tense, so you certainly do not need to tick any benefits not being claimed at the time of application.
