Documents for Tier1 Dependent Visa

Hi,
im applying for Tier 1 dependent, im in Uk with Tier 2 and my wife on Tier 1 and she is working. The house agreement copy is on my name.

While filing the application for dependent VISA, is it mandatory to keep housing agreement copy(for proof of Address) on my wife name(Main Applicant). Other docs like UK Council tax,Utility Bills are there on my wife name(which has House address on it).

Secondly, what are the Application i need to download for Tier 1 dependent Visa.

Pls advice me on this.

Hi,

I am working in uk on Tier 2 Visa and applying for Tier 1 dependent as my wife is on Tier 1 General and working. I am applying from India.

1. On my covering letter, do i need to specify the reason for switching to Tier 1 Depenedent. If so, could you please suggest me on what should I give. I am bit perplexed

2. Could anyone help me to get the sample Tier 1 dependent covering letter?
