Employer Letter states it was meant for loan application

Dear all,

I am about to apply for Tier 1 (General) next week. I managed to persuade my employer to write a letter for me, proving that I have a monthly tax-free fixed allowance together with my annual gross salary and attention To Whom It May Concern.

However, at the end of the letter, the HR manager mentioned that this letter is meant for the application of financial service, and willing to provide more of my employment services if requested.

My question, can this letter be attached as part of the earning proofs for UKBA application since the employer stated that it is meant for financial application? Many thanks in advance.
