Many congratulations faraz, they took their own sweet time to arrive at a decision on your appeal, but you got it in the end. Good luck with your EC!

Cogratulation Faraz, :D

I was refused on 04 April 2006.

They scored my case as over 28 application. Acturely I was 27 years and 6 months old, therefore I will request a review too.

would you please share your way to review? by Post or Fax or Email? which is more efficently?

As my orginal documents were back with the refusal letter, shall we provide them again with the request letter to review?

Thanks a lot...

Antsy...

Did your documents include any proof that your were below 28 years of age? If yes, then it should be mentioned in your review letter.

Not required, as they have photo copies of all the documents you sent them.

Thanks a lot, faraz!

what is review form? A new filled application form? and do you fax on 0114 207 6021?

On HSMP application form, there are two options "Paid for" and "Exempt". Should I click "Exempt" for review?

Good luck with your EC.

Best regards,

Yes, MWazir, to prove my age, I provided a notarized Birth Certificate and copy of my passport. but the copy of passport is unnotarized, so I think it is the reson. the caseworker didn't see Birth Certificate, I think.

Thanks.
