I am afraid, they will ask you to send in a fresh application. You could call the FLR team and speak to them anyway to make sure you had no other option. You should find their telephone numbers on the FLR(IED) form.

When submitting your new application you will be required to submit fresh evidence for salary etc as points for earning are in the last 12 months. Your previous evidence will be slightly out of date. The rest of the documentation would be more or less the same.
