Passport application form and process

I tried to find an application form for the first UK passport after naturalisation. The only thing I found was a web site where you submit an application online. I'm not sure how it works and how I can get somebody to countersign my online application. Can somebody please give me a link to a pdf application form or explain the application process?

get the application form from post office or call past office.

I have requested an application form from IPS but it's going to take them a few days to send it.

I just wanted to see the entire form as a document before I apply to make sure I have all the necessary information. Is there a pdf document anywhere online?
