discretionary visa

Post by sahar » Fri Nov 05, 2010 10:19 pm

in 2005, i did aslyum which was rejected. i overstayed- my husband was overstayer as well. we had a baby and in 2009, we were detained but luckily we have got 3 years discretionary visa.
i want to know that can i travel to my home country or not. the aslym that i did in 2005, can it affect me when i came back from my home country.

hi

What circumstances did u submit after the refusal for asylum? was it the birth of the baby? what reason did Home office give for granting discretion for 3 years?.

Which year were u detained and how old was the baby at that point?

thnx
