Tier 1 visa refusal

Hi guys need an urgent advice

I applied for tier 1 highly skilled visa and has been rejected reason deception (cambridge college of learning) when I applied for my PSW visa in 2008. I have right to appeal. They have awarded me the points required to qualify for the visa. Should I appeal? are there any success stories of any applicants appeal with similar issues.

Do appeal if you were a genuine student and can prove that beyond doubt. Else no use!

hi there ur husband has appeal on 19 nov
my frd has similar case his appeal on 15 nov
i will let u know wat is gonna happen with him..

Out of (what you can almost call morbid) curiousity - was your CCoL course legitimate? I have been reading up on these cases in shock and horror!!

the odds are heavily against it.
I am not, and cannot, offer legal advice to particular people. I can only discuss general areas of immigration law.

hi rishi

i have same refusal from HO...but they give me right of appeal and for same i have done appeal....

in my case my agent has put ccl doc in my application with out my knowlage

now i have done my pg diploma from diffrent collage...which i have fail to one of subject...i ask my collage why they make me fail as i know subject very well....you will be surprise they ask me money for it.

i decide to find agent, which i did and told him all story what happen at collage ,he ask me my result from colllage and £4000 and offer me you will get PSW for 2 year or i enroll in collage where i not have to study for all subject which i have allready pass....

now big change

i got visa as PSW whiten 2 month he call me told me to take my certificate which was from CCL.....

after few day i find out collage is bogus....

i have no choice as i been cheated twise......

joke..........(not)

i made mind start working like machine...i made it to apply for tire 1(general).....i got all point.....but my application is refused due to CCL

please help........?i don't know how im going fight

Hi harry,

I have read a lot of case studies but it seems the odds are against us.

I have decided not to appeal against the decision.

I dont know what you are doing, let me know what have u decided.
