Post by FENMAN » Tue Nov 09, 2010 9:20 pm

Greetings!

Myself and my wife, both have ILR's.

Currently, my wife is giving birth to our baby in India. How do I apply ILR for our new born baby in India?

Thanks in adv.

ILR (Indefinite leave to remain) can only be applied for from within the UK.

If ILR can only be applied within UK, then on what visa should I bring the baby into UK ?

Are child settlement visa and ILE endorsement, different?

Should I fill two different applications?
