1. letter from a/c as i can pay tax now, saying that ill pay tax in april
2. profilt and loss account and bs
3. paye number
4. self emplyment number UTR
5. employer lib insurence

- you'll need business bank statements to back up the accounts
- personal bank statements to show income from business to you (dividends/salary)
-certificate of incoporation of the business (with companies house)

i have business account statement , howeever; i dont have incorp of co. as im self employed not a company. is that enough?

how are you sel-employed ? are u a sole trader ? director of company ?...

Hi there, just a question, do u really need a business account for self employed as a sole trader?
coz i've registered as a self employed sole trader to show my second earnings from june.. so that i can show my earnings from a small contract that m doing privately

please make sure that accountant is either chartered accountant or certified accountant and his profssional membership is mentioned on his letter head.
