Previous Earning for tier 1

Post by drmastoi » Fri Nov 12, 2010 11:53 am

Hi there

any advice regarding my case would be much appreciated.

I want to switch from tier 2 general to tier 1 general.

my previous earning is 53900 in UK but i need 55000 to qualify.

i have worked abroad three months in last of 12 months of applying period while i was on holidays here in UK .
my question is .

1- can i claim points for my money which i earned abroad ?

2- i have tax document showing my income and tax on it from abroad .is it enough?

3- i was doing private consultations and receiving cash .what document i need to provide to proof my income ?

Thank you for your time .

Unable to understand! How can you work abroad when holidaying in the UK?

No. Reason explained in the policy guidance.

As described in the policy guidance, for self-employed applicants.
