HO refused to receive the package

I have sent my Application about 1 month ago. Then I have managed to get another evidence, so I decided to send it to HSMP team in the following Address

HSMP Team
Work Permits UK
Home Office
Level 4
Milton House
Charter Row
Sheffield
S1 4NX

Fedex Now is telling me that The shipment is refused by the recepient. Could anyone tell me why?????

Read the leaflet....I think you need to send the App to an address at Doncaster not Shefield
I sent mine to this address and it got accepted:
Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) Team

It's Fedex's fault. I sent my additional documents twice to the above address. It works well.

Yes, It was FedEx's Fault. The Shipment is now delivered successfully in the above address
