if your husband has come to the UK as a fiancee then he would have had his fingerprints taken at the British High Commission when he applied. that is the date needed.

when you say he has had a few, what do you mean? how many times has he applied to come to the UK and in what category? if he has only come as fiance then only need the date when he applied at the British High Commission
