book an appointmant

Post by Kamilla » Sat Nov 20, 2010 5:22 pm

Dear all!

It seems impossible to book an appointment in order to apply in person.
Could anyone suggest a way? When and how to do it?

Thank you very much!

Thank you!
So do i understand you right: those representators sort of organize an apponitment (like as if i applyied in person having the result the same day) regardless of whether there is no appointment available for booking online?
Then where do i find ones?
Thank you very much!

Save yourself the money, phone UKBA yourself and book an appointment, instead of waiting for one to open online. You'll be waiting forever.

AFAIK UKBA people don't have any extra slots as compared to the website.

You're right, they don't, but they (so I've been told on a couple of occasions) have a view of different slots to online. That's the only way I was able to get one - I searched online for ages, there was nothing available, it got to within 6 weeks, still couldn't see availability online so called them and voila!... I was able to book an appointment over the phone for the date which showed as unavailable online.

Telephone booking for PSW possible?

Post by tout-lara » Tue Nov 23, 2010 12:57 pm

I have just got on the phone to the UKBA. I had called to see whether they had any appointments for a PSW visa with 1 dependant. I have been told that they do not do telephone bookings for PSW visas and that I should apply online.

Is this correct?

Has anyone got an appointment by phone for the PSW?

Thanks
