Does Tier 2 dependent applying out side from UK need to have English Language Req. after the published date or its just for British Citizens Dependent / Settled persons dependent only.

If you kind enough to confirm me that .. for Tier 2 General's Dependant (VAF-10) will require to show English language test.

The news says

The new rules will apply to anyone applying as the husband, wife, civil partner, unmarried partner, same-sex partner, fiance(e) or proposed civil partner of a British citizen or a person settled in this country. They will be compulsory for people applying from within the UK as well as visa applicants from overseas.

IMHO this is only for partners of people already settled in the United Kingdom.

So confirmed that its not required for any PBS
