EEA Family Permit Delayed?

Guys Any help would be appreciated.


A Friend of mine hes a EU National has lodged a Application from September for his wife in Yemen and everything has been taken from his wife, passport, biometric etc.


No phone on update or email, no information.


Does anyone has experienced such delay and what did they do.

Application is in the BHC in Abu Dhabi UAE. it says their rate is 100% dont think so.!


Any advice on who to contact regarding ignore applications please advice!
