questions for EEA 2

I m from Tunisia and my wife from Finland we are in UK now, i have 6 months from the embassy of UK in Tunisia (vaf5- EEA family member )

- i need to apply now for EEA 2 to have resident card ?
- if yes, i have 2 questions PLZ

1- i need to send my certificate birth and certificate marriage and contract of house renting or no ?? bcz they dont ask theses documents in application of EEA 2 ?

2-how long time it will take this applications?

You can apply if you want to. Since you are a visa national you most likely want to. You may also need the residence card if you plan to work or study.

Marriage certificate, proof that the EEA is exercising treaty rights and proof of the EEA's residence in the UK is needed. A birth certificate if you need to include children. For time lines search the forum.

Performing a 'EEA2' search on this forum would have brought back very useful results. Anyways...

Better if you do apply for a Residence Card as it confirms your rights of residence in the UK.

Send what the application form requests.

Max. 6 months as per EU law.

i can add my mother and my sister ?
