14 years ILR: problems with change of address etc

Post by Zebrudaya » Wed Nov 24, 2010 4:30 pm

Dear friends

Please I need your help. It is quite possible that many people would have moved to another address by the time the HO sends their ILR. This is very likely as there is no particular length of time that it takes. Please are we to inform the HO of any change of address while it is in possession of the application or to ring the office? It will be a tragedy to hear that one`s ILR was lost etc. Kindly reply asap. Thank you.

You'd need to submit a Change of Personal Details (Change of Circumstances? Mods, clarify?) form if your application is still in progress and ANY of your personal details change in the interim.

I think for address, it's Change of Personal Details, but wait for clarification or check UKBA website.

Change of circumstances form is meant for PBS (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 4 etc.) applications (only).

See 16 CONTACTING US AFTER YOU HAVE APPLIED in the SET(O) guidance notes.
