Any details about ILR related criminal convictions? Does driving through red light (£60.00 fine and 3 points - no court so far) count towards this?

Can anyone respond to such queries when no information has been announced or published by the govt. / UKBA as yet regarding the issue(s)?

Such queries do nothing but encourage people to speculate .. and that is of no help / use to anyone!

regards
