in c1 form NOTE 3 SINCE 1 jan 1983 females have been able to transmit
British Nationality so is possible if someone born qualifying territory born before 1983 stateless as female line over age 18 people who mother at a time of birth british subject : citizen of the united kingdom and colonies passport(without right of abode) held can applied as a British overseas citizen?
