Dear All,
I got my refusal letter in the month of Feb 2006. It was refused because I was not awarded the claimed points under work exp. and reason was given that submitted experience letters were not in the prescribed format. I requested to review my HSMP decision on 1st March and I got following mail on 18th April.
"A decision was made regarding your review for the Highly Skilled
Migrant
Programme on the 22/03/06. Your decision letter was despatched to you
via
Airmail. Please note that post sent overseas can take up to 12 weeks to
reach its destination and there is no way of tracking its progress once
it
has left our offices.
Unfortunately, we are unable to inform you of our decision via e-mail.
If
you have not received your documents or decision letter 12 weeks from
the
above date, then feel free to contact the HSMP team on 0114 207 6020.
"
However I haven't received decision letter for my review request till date.
My questions---
1. If I call HSMP team will they tell me the decision on review request over phone??
2. Now I got reference letters from my previous employers in the format HSMP team expects. Can I fax them as part of second review request? Though, in the guidelines it is written that if applicant wants to send any new document that has to go as new application.
Please advise me in this regard.
Thanks
Vijay
