Entry for Tier 1 VISA holder

Hi,

I got Tier 1 VISA since 1 year but I have not traveled yet. VISA will expire on Dec 2012.

I am now planning to go on 2nd week of January .Is there any problem with this.Shall I face any refusal in immigration port for entering UK.

This question has been asked many times by others but i am asking again because now a days a lot of rules are changing so is there any rule updated on this .

Please kindly someone give me suggestion.
