Do we have any timeline for submitting the maintenance fund

Hi,

I am planning to apply a dependent visa for my wife who is back in India. I heard that my wife need to submit her application within the seven days from the date of statement.

I am planning to take my bank account statements for 3 months and send it to her. But does she need to submit it within 7 days of time.

Please advise.

This is what I understand from the below guidance is:

The maximum time is one month, However the sooner we apply is good for us.

[Personal bank or building society statements covering the three month period immediately before the application]

[Only the most recent statement must be dated within one month of the date of application]
