Mentioning visa application allowed under appeal

Once my visa application was initially refused but allowed under appeal. In regard to future applications, does this need to be mentioned every time?

No!

Once you are granted Visa against the same application, it does not mean it was rejected.
Getting a Visa after an appeal implies you were never really rejected!
