Did the December 2010 cap opened today?

Hi All,

I had applied for tier 1 visa (general) on Nov 23. I'm waiting fro the Dec cap to open. Any idea if cap has opened today?
And where can i track my application online. please provide the URL.

No announcement (as yet) that the limit for December has been reached or that they have (re)started issuing the visas!
Keep an eye on UKVisas website or UKBA website.

Please continue in the existng topic.
