Tier 1 dependant Visa

I just need to inquire about spouse visa. After getting spouse visa Is there any time limit for a wife/husband to fly to UK? i.e. 3 months, 6 months or no limit ? can someone please explain ? Thanks

You have to travel within 28 days of visa being granted is the maximum unless there is exceptional circumstances i think. The best thing is to check the documentation you received back from BHC and follow that.

Thanks but that requirment is for British nationals and for people with indefinate leave to remain.

There's no spouse visa for dependants of PBS migrants. Dependants of PBS migrants apply for dependant visa.

Dependants can travel to UK any time during the validity of the visa.
