Does Relocation package count for Previous Earnings?

Hi all,

I recently changed my employer and it had only a very short notice for me to relocate and start work in a different and much more expensive city.

Therefore, the employer offered me a one-off relocation package which includes a large sum of 3 month accommodation allowance which can afford me to live in hotels and start working.

The allowance is fixed per day for the first 3 months (i.e. not expense reimbursement) and disappears automatically after the first 3 months. Would this one-off package be counted towards the previous earning requirement for Tier1(G)?

Yes!

As long as it appears in the salary slip and the amount gets transferred in the bank account as part of the salary itself!
