Romania/ Bulgaria in EU

Hello everybody,
After Romania and Bulgaria will become part of EU in 2007, how is going to change the immigration status (“No recourse to public founds”) of a Romanian guy that is already subject of immigration control under HSMP.

Two points! Firstly the joining date of these two countries is by no means certain! And they will not necessarily join on the same date as each other.

Secondly, it i not at all clear whether the UK will adopt the same sort of provisions as it did for the A8 countries .... such as the WRS. Until we know precisely how the UK is going to play this I don't think it is possible to answer your question.
