PSW -> New student -> Any help?

Dear all,

I have got a very significant query.
I am currently on PSW visa which is due to expire in March 2011.

Now my situation is:
1) I do realise that if I enrol for a Jan 2011 course I will hopefully get a Tier 4 student visa. However, I know that I will definitely not get any Tier 1 PSW ever.

But 2) What if I leave the UK in March only to make a new student application for Oct 2011 course. Will I be qualified for PSW or any post study visa (assuming PSW might get abolished in 2011) once I complete my Masters in Sept 2012?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tier 1 (PSW) leave is granted only once in a lifetime. (245X(b) and 245Z(b))
