Appendix 1 -> 4.6 Earning table query

Appendix 1 -> 4.6 Earning table query

In last 12 months, I have worked for 2 Employers,
While filling Appendix 1 form , for 4.6 Earning table

Do i have to make 2 entries for each employer salaries ?

How do i fill tis table , Please help me.

if u qualify with only 1 employer's sal then NO if u don't then YES

how many employers payslips are u showing ???

I am not qualifying with 1 employers salary.

I have only 2 employer in past 12 months

for the period of Dec 2009 To June 2010 - Employer A
July 2010 to Nov 2010 - Employer B (Current Employer)

Do i need a any sort of latter apart form Stamped and Signed payslips from my past employer?

mulderpf ,I just have one more question , apart from Earning table do i have to mention anywhere on the form about having 2 employers in past 2 years?

you can put one row for each employer. Do not put uplift ratio in the table. The country mentioned will take care of it. anyway this whole figure is recalculated. Other than the earnings table, there is no need to mention two employers anywhere else as additional commenti think. signed and stamped payslips are what you need.

My final question before i submit the application
do i need to total it up on third row or just leave like that?

there is NO summing up row in the table i think. you just have to give two rows one for each company and put the eranings. then you add it up manually and claim points. need not worry too much since this entire thing will be recalculated.

I was employed in 3 different countries during my previous 12 months before filling for Tier-1. What I did was create a simple excel sheet, enter your before tax earning and after tax earning. Make sure your after tax earning matches your bank statement entry. In case conversion is required, make conversion for end of period using onada conversion.

Thats simple way.
