Tier1 - General (PBS)

Hi Experts,

I am all set for applying Tier-1 General (PBS) based. As i am about to visit Visa office, thought of getting validated from you experts on the documents i had so far collected.

1. 12 months Bank Statement on Bank's Stationary with Seal & Signature
2. Fund Maintenance Statement on Bank's letter head with Seal & Signatur
3. 12 months payslips from the employeer with Seal & Signature
4. DD for VISA Fee
5. 10th, Inter, Degree and my PG Original Certificates
6. Online TOFEL Score Report for English Language
7. Passport
8. Self Assessment form
9. Tier-1 General Form
10. Covering letter to BHC with summary of my application and PBS detail

Kindly have a look at this list and suggest if anything i am missing here.
Appriciate your earliest response.

along with the self assesment form u also need the vaf9 form

I think item 9 is vaf9, right?
If so you seem to have everything
