Balded, I think that Muslims say "inshallah" to point out that the future is not known with certainty, i.e. "God's will". That is the same as saying that one cannot predict the future with 100% certainty due to uknown and random factors whose behaviour cannot be fully accounted for.
Also, if there is little you can do about something, there is no practical difference between ascribing the future developments to the will of God and saying that the future outcomes are determined by factors whose influences you cannot fully predict. I hope you would concede on this point.
Therefore, I can't see why you should mind "inshallah" in relation to describing the degree of uncertainty faced by an individual.
