I am confused whether the documents which were sent to Doncaster needs to be collected from Doncaster or Sheffied? It is really confusing.



Please any one clarify my query. I am grateful to any of your answer.

I assume by collected you mean original documents pack after HSMP decision. It has to be picked up from Sheffield. Doncaster is just for payment processing.

Documents will be packed (by case worker) and mailed from Sheffield office (S1 4NX).
