What is the affect of the limit on successful Admin reviews.
I got my refusal overturned by a letter dated 24th Nov.
I have submitted my passport to VFS on 1st Dec.
Can one guess how does the limit work in this scenario?
Thanks,
Sumit.

IMHO, the visa will be issued from the quota of the month that has not yet been exhausted - so it could be from the month in which initial refusal was overturned or the month in which the passport is submitted or any upcoming month, depending on what the current situation is regarding monthly limit.

Coomon sense dictate that date of initial application should be normally used for this purpose as it is used for maintenence fund. It was BHC fault otherwise you would have issued visa based on when it was processed initially. I think you should write a cover letter and highlight this fact.

Limit Again reached so soon..
I applied at VFS on Dec 1st and it mentioned BDHc is processing since Yesterday 06/12/2010..
My Question is will it be qualified as Outstanding Tier 1 Application of the below statement ? "If you currently have an outstanding Tier 1 application, there may be a delay in issuing your visa if your application is successful." or
will it be treated as an Application during closing period??
I'm really worried if it's treated as Latter as my Passport and all other originials will be locked at BDHc till Jan2011 or later??
Any one can help??

no one can help, but analyzing ur situation i think u have a better chance since you have a status which says under process which actually cud mean that you are considered within the limit for dec
however im in the exact same situation... applied on 2nd and all i see is your application has been forwarded to BHC

If your Visa is granted, then expect it in January/February.
Otherwise if you get the passport back this month, it would be because the Visa is refused.
Thanks,
Sumit.

I don't think so. Visa approvals have already hit the cap for the Month.
