Hi

If some one had the IGS based on PGD. Then switched to the student visa and finished Postgraduate Degree from one of the highly trusted listed, University. Concern is, shall it is possible to apply for the PSW(Tire1) now for the rest of the 1 year which have entitled to but has not been taken.

But after post the message, I called to UKBA and they confirm that ..it would possible to apply for the one year which havn't been taken with IGS. Would you please allow me to know your ground, why you say it is not possible.

It wouldn't possible to apply as an transnational agreement as current visa is student and only possible it to apply with initial application tire1 PSW for the rest of the one year.

I would appreciate your concern.
