Employer Enquiry for Tier1 visa

Hello Friends.

I have applied Tier1(General) visa on 24th Nov 2010 from Hyderabad. In VFS site its showing status as "Under Processing at BDHC". I need some information regarding Employer enquiry. Do they(UKBA) call my Employer to check my details.

They may or may not. No one here can you whether they will or will not.
