Urgent query on previous earnings - please help

I am working for a company in India. I did a 1month testing project for my cousin brother in UK. He is got a Ltd Company (According to my knowledge he does some contracting work). He paid me a salary for the work I did to him using his Business bank account. I am doing a job here in India.

Now how can I claim points for this project I did ?? He did sent me a electronic copy of payslip as well
