PSW to Tier1 Self Employed, Earning Issue

I have started working as self employed last year. I have been selling online leads and providing hosting and SEO services to 3 of my clients on weekly contact basis . they were paying me cash into my account every week. however I never issued them invoice or anything . there is no signed contact as well. but money were coming to my bank accounts every weel.

recently I have seen an immigration consultant, she advised me to check my bank statements and issue invoices against those payment dates.

I have been in contact with my clients. but they are not willing to receive an invoice or show these expenditures in their account. they want to be anonymous .

Please advise me . what shall I do ?
