Salaam dilseabbassi,

When you get a call from the gerry's office to come and collect your documents and find out if you have got ur visa or not, do they give you your passport also with the stamp? Or do you get that later on?

Hiya to be completely honest i havent got a clue, most of my knowlage about what happens aftr we applied i got from this forum lol im guessin its at the same time? We havent got the text from gerrys yet hoping it will be in the morning so please pray for us that it is

where abuts are you with ur applcation? have u had any contact or even got the visa?

Dats fine, they have contacted my employer and I emailed them on friday asking if they have processed my husband's application and I receieved a reply saying they have proccessed it and wait for the gerry's to contact you to pick up the documents. So InshAllah we should get a reply this week, please do dua for me also. What are you waiting for? Hvae they proccessed you application?

Yeah i got email last week saying that it has been processed so were waiting for gerrys to contact us aswell to pick up the documents...so i guess were waiting for the same thing

InshAllah I hope we do, my uncle and his family are going to pakistan on saturday and I am hoping we get a reply by then so I can go with them to collect my husband. Allah swt knows best, we have to wait and see.

Ahh that will be nice, i wanted to go and pick him up but i cant get the time off work

I spoke to my hubby today and he said last time he got a text from gerrys about confirmation of the app it was like 3 in the morn so they may get the text before were even awake! lol i hope he does cos then hes got time to get to islamabad

Hi thanks for the info, so did your wife get a text early in the morn? cos my hubby is in the village at the moment so would need a bit of time to get to islamabad, dnt want him to miss the slot

No she got it around 3/4 pm Pakistan time. She went to pick after 2 days. I know it's hard to wait, I had to wait 2 days before she could pick it up and it was killing me. Have patience Inshallah the outcome will be positive.

And also the stamp will already be on the passport, the VAC don't know your result they will tell you to open up and check are all the details correct on the passport.

Hi, 3/4pm! omg its gona kill me waiting now...ive been going mad all day today waiting for the hours to pass so i can go sleep and wake up early and check the status lol ill probably wake up with grey hair now from drivin myself crazy waiting! please everyone pray for me and i will certainly do them same for everyone we have all done so well waiting all this time!

Hi I know how it feels the night before she collected it, I had at least 4 dreams all different ones. Some of refusals and some of granted LOL. I slept really late and woke up early with a funny feeling in the stomach.

Inshallah be patience and Allah will see you through this. Btw my wife gother text first and then it updated online. All of you lot are in my duas.

Thats exactly how ive been feeling everyday lol tonights gona be the worst i think cos ive got my self all worked up for a update in the morning! i shouldnt have really cos ill prob be disapointed lol hope i dnt sleep too late ill be a walking zombie at work all week i think lol

I just got off the phone with HMRC and they are sending me a tax code notice thingy yipeeeeeeeeee niceeeeeeeeee I am soooo happy!!!!

Finally man!

Ok basically I called them up and they had no record of my employment so I gave them the details. They wanted "Employers PAYE Reference Number" and luckily my bro had provided me with that information a couple of days ago.

I even asked the guy on the phone if he can send me a confirmation of my employment and he goes that this tax code that we're sending out to yourself and your employer will be your confirmation that we (HMRC) believe that you are working for them.

I feel so relieved! Thank you MINTY! If it wasn't for that conversation last night I might not have tried calling them again.

Now it's just a matter of waiting for the tax code notice. How many days you reckon it'll come? They are usually quite fast from my past experience so inshallah will get that soon.

Allah ka lakh lakh shukar hai, now inshallah they HAVE to overturn the decision. Bas yaar Allah kare yeh tax code notice aa jaye. I think bro just got home, so gonna give him the good news.

Good news. It makes your appeal much stronger with that information.

Just be tight with the rest of your appeal evidence, dont give them any reason to reject you.

Salaam everyone, my husband just recieved a text from the british high comission saying come to collect your passport. He is going to go tomorrow, please everyone do dua for us, I really need you in this time. I pray for you all to get your visas soon.
