Have you downloaded the form FLR(IED)? If not I suggest you do that.

If you already have the form then please read it and if you have any questions please post.

Click here to download the FLR(IED) form.

I think you can submit 4 weeks before the leave ends.

It will be interesting tosee how many years leave you would be given. Will it be 3 years or 4 years.

Please keep us posted.

Hi Guys,

I just want to add one more thing that my passport stamp reflects like this and says something liike this : I just want to confirm from those who have got their extension and to confirm that they got the same in their passport Visa stamp :

' [1] VISA SAYS : ''RESIDENCE PERMIT'' .

[2] TYPE OF PERMIT : LIMITED LEAVE TO REMAI IN THE UK

Can anyone who have their visa stamps upon extension confirm that they too have same notes in their visa stamps.

thanks

JSD

JSD, that is as expected. I would also expect it to say "No recourse to Public Funds", but have no other restrictions. Is that right?

Dear Sjd

I am sending my application this week, can you please tell me what should be filled in the following points

26. Name of your employer - This does not mention the option for HSMP so do I put HSMP ?
27. I think this is for SAWS applicants so I should leave blank ?
28. Your job title - Again I presume I need to write HSMP or leave blank ?
29. Your HSMP reference no - Is this the one written on the approval letter received from home office during initial approval ?
30. Your home office reference no ------- Is this the same as 29 above ?
32. What is your current immigration status --- Do I write HSMP ?

Waiting for your replies

Thanks

KD

Dear Sdj

Thanks a lot for your replies.

The pages no 15 to 22 contain guidance notes, do I have to send them with the form or I need to keep them with me ?
